Greenhorn Police Chief in Flint, Michigan Takes it Upon Himself to CREATE LAW to Enforce
According to this Newsweek article, the newbie Police Chief of Flint, Michigan has his panties all in a bunch over "sagging", and seems to have decided to take the law into his own hands. Chief David Dicks has ordered his officers to arrest "offenders". In the opinion of this blogger, "sagging" is a form of expression, regardless of how laughable it is to see someones drawers hanging half off of their (_|_) butt. the ACLU is stepping in to protect our freedoms of expression, but willl they also protect us from the police from creating their own laws??
