Internet Archiver Served Secret National Security Letter. Response? .. CRAM IT!!!
Buried deep in section D1 of the Washington Post is a report that Brewster Kahle of Archive.org, served with secret national security letter tells the FBI to shove it. With the help of the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the ACLU, not only was it crammed but brought back into the sunlight after Judge lifts the gag order contained in the letters. This makes a whopping 3 known cases where the gag has been lifted.
